It deserves its 4 stars. All in all, it was perfect place for travelling to Melbourne.

The whole hotel was very clean. As picky eaters we loved to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Supreme Thai couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away. Of course, would recomand.

We had single beds and we all slept well. Only several minutes' walk to westfield southland. Location and satisfactory breakfast.
